A remote audit may be suitable when the required evidence can be evaluated effectively using agreed technology and communication methods. Suitability depends on the activities, risks and certification programme. The ability to hold a video call does not establish that an entire assessment can be remote.

A procedure describes how work is intended to happen. Operating evidence shows what happened in practice, through records, observations and explanations from the people involved. Both matter, but a well-written instruction alone cannot demonstrate that its controls were used.

Which ISO standard should we choose?
Begin with the outcome you want to strengthen and any exact requirement from a customer or contract. Different standards address different subjects. Share your activities and requirements with EQRM to discuss the appropriate scope.
How long does certification take?
Timing depends on your scope, locations, personnel, readiness and the applicable assessment programme. Addressing findings can also affect the overall schedule. A useful quotation starts with accurate information about your organization.
Can several standards be assessed together?
An integrated management system may allow shared processes to be considered together. Each standard retains its own requirements, and the proposed boundaries and audit arrangements must be reviewed.
How do I check an EQRM certificate?

Do you accept enquiries from other countries?
Yes, EQRM welcomes enquiries from organizations worldwide. Service availability, competence, audit arrangements and applicable accreditation scope are confirmed for each proposed engagement.
